Terms
Closed betaterms
Version of October 5, 2026
These are the terms on which teams take part in the Likes Infographic Engine closed beta.
1. General
-
1.1
Likes Infographic Engine (the “engine”) is a software service of the LikesSystem studio. It turns a question into infographic sheets, and every number on a sheet has a primary source.
-
1.2
The closed beta is a limited period in which selected teams use the engine. The number of spots in the beta is limited and shown on the beta page.
-
1.3
The beta is run by the LikesSystem studio (the “studio”).
-
1.4
A participant (“you”) is a team or company whose application the studio has accepted and which has been given access to the engine console.
-
1.5
An application alone does not secure a spot. Participation begins once the studio confirms it on the Telegram account given in the application and grants access.
2. Joining and access
-
2.1
The studio reviews every application itself. It may decline an application if the spots are taken or if the team’s tasks do not fit what the engine can do.
-
2.2
Console access is by invitation from the studio only. There is no self sign-up.
-
2.3
Keep your sign-in details private: you are responsible for any actions taken under your account.
-
2.4
The studio agrees the roles in your team’s workspace and the number of accounts with you when it grants access.
-
2.5
The information you give in your application must be accurate.
3. What you get
-
3.1
Access to the engine console for the duration of the beta: topics, sheets, Frame Studio, topic chat, other presentation modes and downloading the topic package.
-
3.2
Your own instance of the engine: your team’s topics and sheets are kept separate from other participants.
-
3.3
The studio will tell you what happens after the beta before it ends.
4. What we ask of you
-
4.1
Only set topics and share materials you have the rights to. If your materials contain data about third parties, share it only when you have a legal basis to do so.
-
4.2
Do not send passport details, bank card details or other information that the topic does not need. If such information arrives, the studio will delete it at your request.
-
4.3
Check sheets before publishing and keep the source line on them. You are responsible for what you publish.
-
4.4
The ratings and comments you leave in the console help improve the engine. The studio may use them without your name and without disclosing your materials.
5. Confidentiality
-
5.1
The studio uses your topics and materials only to run your topics and to support the engine.
-
5.2
Topics, sheets and the run log live in your team’s isolated instance: the console shows a team only its own data.
-
5.3
To do the work, topics are processed by AI model services: Claude models and the model that draws the sheets. The studio chooses them.
-
5.4
The studio never publishes your topics or sheets in its portfolio, on its landing pages or on social media without your written consent.
-
5.5
At your request, the parties can sign a separate non-disclosure agreement.
6. Data storage and deletion
-
6.1
The studio agrees with you how long topics, sheets and the run log are kept when it grants access.
-
6.2
You can ask for a topic’s data to be deleted at any time. The studio deletes it on request.
-
6.3
Your application data (team or brand name, Telegram username, page address, ad tags, IP address, browser data and city by IP address) is processed under the consent you gave in the application form.
-
6.4
You can withdraw consent to the processing of your application data at any time: message us on Telegram, t.me/likes_system, with the team name and username from your application. The studio will delete the application data.
7. Rights to the results
-
7.1
You may use the sheets made from your topics in your brand’s publications and on your channels. The studio claims no exclusive rights to them.
-
7.2
The numbers on the sheets come from open sources. When you publish a sheet, keep its source line.
-
7.3
The LikesSystem name and mark, the Likes Infographic Engine name and mark, the engine itself and its texts remain with the studio. Taking part in the beta does not transfer any rights to them to you.
-
7.4
Protection of images created by a model is governed by law and by the terms of the model services. The studio does not promise that copyright will arise in such an image.
8. Limits and liability
-
8.1
The beta is a period for testing the product. Access may be interrupted for updates, and some topic runs may be cancelled and restarted.
-
8.2
The time it takes to prepare a topic is a guide based on the run log, not a commitment. It is longer when there is a queue.
-
8.3
The engine checks numbers against the primary source and checks the text on a sheet with recognition, but these checks do not replace yours.
-
8.4
Sources publish new releases, and their numbers may change. A sheet shows the number from the release named in its source line.
-
8.5
The studio is not responsible for the results of your publications: reach and other metrics depend on many factors besides the sheets.
-
8.6
The studio does not accept topics that break the law or infringe the rights of third parties, and may stop such a topic.
9. Ending participation
-
9.1
You can leave the beta at any time: message us on Telegram, t.me/likes_system. Your access will be closed and your data deleted at your request.
-
9.2
The studio may end your participation if you breach these terms, and may end the beta. The studio will notify participants on Telegram in advance before the beta ends.
10. Changes and contact
-
10.1
The studio posts changes to these terms on this page. The studio will message you on Telegram about changes that affect you.
-
10.2
Contact: t.me/likes_system.
-
10.3
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus.
